Our client, a top international brokerage, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to apply their experience to this unique opportunity. The successful candidate will deal with a very large, diverse book of business.  Your ability to work well within a team environment and have the competence and confidence to be proactive in this position will allow you this remarkable opportunity.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review expiration lists and ascertain existing carriers desire to renew or not renew.
• Preparation of client proposals, binding packages, financing agreements and other insurance documentation.
• Obtain client and underwriting information from Sales team, Processing team and clients.
• Field telephone calls from clients and underwriters, answering questions and responding to requests for changes.
• Actively achieve new revenue targets by renewing accounts and cross-selling and upselling policies.
• Maintain and service accounts ensuring client’s needs are met by reviewing cover needs, gathering underwriting information.
• Review quotes and suitability of coverage options with Broking team and present best options with broking team.
• Develop and maintain networking opportunities for new business.

Skill Set Required

• Insurance designation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Account Management experience
• Strong comfort level in dealing directly with clients, underwriters, brokers and sales team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple files simultaneously.
