The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all files in a timely manner through utilizing their strong communication and negotiation skills, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, while creating collaborative working relationships with brokers.

This role requires:

• Post-secondary education from an accredited institution
• 3 to 5 years experience in the insurance industry
• CIP designation is advantageous
• Strong negotiating, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent computer efficiency with MS Office
