Our client, is a national leader in P&C insurance and is seeking an individual who will embrace new changes and initiatives that are underway in Northern Alberta. The successful candidate will provide exemplary leadership, mentorship and development to the claims department and ensure that quality initiatives are being implemented within the claims department.
If you have:
- 8-10 years of adjusting and or examining experience with 5 years supervisory experience
- A proven track record at developing staff
- CIP designation or working toward it
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Solid working knowledge on various claims systems and MS Office
